Professional Counseling for Individuals, Couples, Families

Reaching out for help can be challenging. We face emotions that leave us feeling vulnerable, and we face the reality that things are not going as well as we’d like. We might find ourselves a bit lost in the process. It can feel humbling or shameful, and we may fear judgement if we admit our need for support. Mental Health is becoming a more acceptable part of our humanity, though taking those first steps still isn’t easy. We want to find a counselor that will be the right fit and the best person to guide us toward the healing we hope for.

If you would like to inquire or begin counseling services, please reach out, and I would be happy to work with you.

Hours: Available Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon.

We carry our burdens bravely, though we are not meant to walk alone. Even the strongest need support and wisdom; we need encouragement to identify and live according to the values we cherish. Sometimes, we need a balance of acceptance of who we are, as we are, and how to challenge ourselves to grow into our best and whole selves.
